Featured Boat 43' Morgan Nelson Marek 1984 US$ 129,000 This Morgan 43 was built by the Morgan yard before Catalina started producing this vessel. She is in BEAUTIFUL condition with many custom features. Her current owners are yacht builders and charter yacht experts and the vessel shows their attention to detail. During a recent annual haulout in Venezuela she received new bottom paint and was moisture tested. All stanchion bases were removed and rebedded, canvas covers were made for the varnished cap rails and hatches and a new waterproof stern lazzerette hatch was built. In 2004 the decks were painted professionally. All exterior varnish has ten coats. Interior trim is gloss varnish and bulkheads are done in satin varnish. The vessel is very popular with charter brokers for crewed one couple charters and the owners will sell this business as a seperate entity to interested parties.
